Regeneration Starts

The Second part of the Leopold Regeneration started in September 2008 when the work on the internal Communal Areas and External Areas started. This will mean that the area will be covered in scaffolding for 18 Months.

The Partners will be aware of the difficulties this will create but will putting on many events to make the area better during this work.  They are confident that the work will be worth waiting for.
